About this plan

This plan reads all 1,189 chapters of the Bible in 90 days, about thirteen chapters a day. That is a serious commitment, probably the better part of an hour each day, but it is within reach for anyone who sets a regular time, and it gives you the whole story in a single season.

Genesis to Deuteronomy are done by day 14, and Joshua through Esther take you to day 33. The poetry and wisdom books run to day 51, the prophets from day 51 to day 70, and the last twenty days are the New Testament, ending in Revelation 22.

It suits someone who has read the Bible in pieces and wants it in one piece. If thirteen chapters a day is more than you want to carry, Bible in One Year covers the same ground at about three.
