About this plan
The Bible takes unseen opposition seriously without making it the centre of the story. This plan reads a week of passages about spiritual conflict: where it begins, how Jesus met it, and what the apostles tell those who follow him. The emphasis is steady throughout: Christ has already won, and his people are told to stand firm, not to go looking for a fight.
Day 1 sets the serpent of Genesis 3 beside Satan’s accusations against Job. On day 2 Jesus is tested in the wilderness and drives out an unclean spirit, and Daniel 10 on day 3 draws back the curtain on a conflict in the heavens. Day 5 gathers practical counsel: the armour of God in Ephesians 6, resisting the devil in James 4, and Peter’s call to stay alert. The last days follow the apostles in Acts and end with Revelation 12–14.
These passages are about resisting through truth, prayer, humility and fellowship, not formulas. If fear is what you feel most, the Fear plan may be a gentler start.
